What you get with Personal Training through Home Fitness

Personal Training is a personalized exercise plan designed by the trainer with your strengths, weaknesses and goals in mind. Personal training clients will be taught proper form for each exercise performed during a personal training session. Clients will also be provided a personalized workout regimen to follow between sessions. These workouts will take into consideration your abilities and the equipment available to you as well as your fitness goals. Periodic fitness assesments are also included with personal training and are a vital part of any successful fitness program. These fitness assesments let you know how much fat you’ve lost, muscle you’ve gained as well as goal specific gains, like speed, agility, flexibility and strength. In addition to all this, the most valuable thing you will walk away with is a better understanding of the inner workings of the body, enabling you to prevent injuries and live a healthier lifestyle
